Inner peace, clarity of mind and deep awareness are suddenly so much easier to achieve when you discover…

How to unleash the real power of meditation and live the life of your dreams in just 11 minutes a day…

…and turbo-charge your focus and will power as a nice additional bonus.

Do you sometimes feel like your entire life is moving at a million miles per hour and that you don’t ever have time to think or relax?

Do you ever wonder if meditation could have a positive impact on your mental and physical well-being? Is meditation something you have thought about exploring but you don’t know where to begin?

Imagine being able to banish the stresses and strains of modern life, easily.

Imagine waking up in the morning feeling powerfully motivated to work towards your goals, knowing that you will easily take any set-backs and challenges in your stride.

Indecision, anxiety and lack of confidence are things of the past as you’ve trained your mind to be the powerful motivated and focused tool you know it can be.

If you agree that training your mind to help rather than hinder you is the best thing you can do for yourself, then keep reading because after going through this article you’ll be able to:

I’m going to reveal how you can quickly and easily attain a deep meditative state whenever you want. You’ll be able to live stress and anxiety free and power towards your goals with your new super-strong focus and willpower.

But before I do that and give you ALL the details, let me call a “time out” and reveal:

How I discovered the short-cut to attaining deep mindful awareness and banished stress, worry and lack of focus from my life.

My story: I’ve studied Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnosis and Positive Psychology since 2000 in addition to my degree in Philosophy and Psychology. There is no doubt I’ve benefited a lot from studying those disciplines, and when it came to having a positive mental attitude I thought I was set. But one day I made a shocking discovery that showed me that my mindset was not as positive as I had thought…

Key Insight 1: I was accidentally hypnotizing myself into a negative state… and YOU are doing the same to yourself every single day.

I was sitting on a train on my way back from work, staring out the window and day-dreaming. Now I don’t know if you realise this but when you are day-dreaming you are often in a very focused state similar to when you are experiencing a deep hypnotic trance. The signs of this are being completely unaware of the outside world, time distortion and memory loss. Just like when you drive to work or your friend’s house and have little memory of the actual journey.

Key Insight 2: I had negative thoughts DESPITE everything I knew about self-help and positive psychology. Yet my discovery made that knowledge more powerful than I could ever imagine.

That day I did catch myself day-dreaming and to be honest I was a quite upset about what I had discovered. I was imagining that I started talking to some women on the train and that they weren’t being very friendly to me, to put it mildly. In fact in this day-dream the women were laughing at me, then shouting at me and then started making fun of me in front of all the other people on the carriage. Now nothing remotely like this has ever happened to me in my entire life! Having those kinds of thoughts isn’t really going to help improve your confidence, I think you’ll agree.

Negative thoughts, stress and worry were still getting to me!

Key Insight 3: Become more aware of the negative feelings, emotions and thoughts you are having every day and you will achieve a healthy positive state of mind with which you will inevitably succeed at attaining all that your heart desires.

No wonder I was shocked. All that time that I had been spending improving myself and I was still having negative thoughts… literally hypnotizing myself into a negative mindset.

So what did it mean, was all the effort invested into self-help a waste of time? Well no, because I had made real improvements in my life, things I could not have dreamt of. On the other hand, there was the niggling doubt that I wasn’t quite making the most out of those self-help ideas and skills.

I realised two things:

  • First, I had to become much more aware of the thoughts I was having from moment to moment so that I could catch myself when I was being negative and could then use my skills right when I needed them.
  • Second I realised that often it is feelings and emotions that give rise to thoughts. The only reason I was imagining these bad things happening was because I was tired from a long day at work and feeling uncomfortable at being stuck like a sardine in a train carriage that had no air-conditioning. All my mind was doing was creating thoughts to go with my less than optimal physiological and emotional state.

So using all my knowledge about hypnosis, NLP and meditation I created 12 exercises to train myself in the skill of Mindful Awareness (the meditative practice of being aware of your feelings, emotions and thoughts as they occur moment to moment).

And these 12 exercises also allowed me to quickly and easily help other people gain the same benefits I had. I could literally teach people in minutes what would take years in other meditation traditions.

After using my new exercises I was able to live stress and worry free, charge towards my goals and live free of negative thoughts.

Do the following exercise right now.

Find yourself somewhere quiet and private where you won’t be disturbed. Make sure you sit or lie down comfortably and start breathing deeply into your belly. This means that your belly moves in and out as you breath.

When you are ready, close your eyes. Take a deep breath in and as you exhale say to yourself in soft and relaxed voice: ‘I relax my toes’.

Again, breath in deeply and as you exhale say to yourself in an even more relaxed and deeper voice: ‘I relax my feet’. Continue breathing and with every breath out say to yourself that you are relaxing a part of your body. For example your ankles, calves, thighs etc. Work your way up from your toes right to the top of your head.

After this you will have created a very relaxed and focused state in yourself. You won’t be as aware the outside world and much more sensitive to your physical feelings, emotional states and thoughts. Can you see how even a simple exercise like that calms you down and gives you a much better insight into your internal processes? And this is just the start of what I can teach you. I’ve distilled all I know into 12 short but highly effective exercises called…
