One of my big interests at the moment at the moment is the Paleo-Diet. The basic idea is that we should eat the way our palaeolithic ancestors used to eat. I’ve been following this diet for a couple of months. The fat is dropping off so easily and I’m able to grow muscles much faster than normal.

Everyone should eat this way.
