Video: An example of body weight exercise

I really enjoy doing body weight exercise as it means I don’t have to pay for expensive gym memberships and can do exercise anywhere and at any time. This video is a good example of how you can start out with easier exercises and slowly build up to more sophisticated workouts that are more challenging.

I’ve been doing body-weight exercises for a few months now and it’s amazing how much more fun it is than the gym. And of course my results are a lot better as well!
